MSC干预对大专护理学生的影响研究

摘要 目的:探讨正念自我同情(mindful self-compassion,MSC)干预对专科护理学生的影响,为专科护理学生情绪干预提供参考依据。方法:选取2023年3月—6月在益阳某专科院校招募自愿参与该研究的78名专科护理学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,每组39人。对照组实施常规心理护理,干预组在此基础上采取MSC干预。于干预前、干预8周后应用自我同情量表、总体幸福感量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表测评干预效果。结果:干预组干预后自我同情、总体幸福感量表总分高于对照组,自我同情量表中自我批判维度、孤立维度、过度沉迷维度得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑郁-焦虑-压力量表得分低于对照组。结论:MSC干预可以提高专科护理学生自我同情、总体幸福感水平,降低专科护理学生抑郁、焦虑、压力水平。
