会展场馆基于数字孪生建筑智慧运维系统的应用实践——以某会展中心为例

会展场馆具有空间和系统复杂、运维可靠性和安全性要求高等特点,针对会展场馆“出现问题、解决问题”的被动运维模式难以满足高效可靠运行的问题,经过几年来对某会展中心运维系统应用的研究分析,提出运用数字孪生开发智慧运维系统,丰富各种应用及场景迭代,设计一套完善的数字孪生建筑智慧运维系统。有效地提升智慧运维水平和效率,不断提高场馆运维的可靠性。

Convention and exhibition venues are characterized by complex space and systems,high reliability and security require⁃ments for operation and maintenance,and the passive operation and maintenance mode of"problem emergence,problem solving"for convention and exhibition venues is difficult to meet the problem of efficient and reliable operation.After several years of research and analysis on the application of operation and maintenance system of a convention and exhibition center,it is proposed that a digital twin is used to develop a smart operation and maintenance system.After several years of research and analysis on the application of the oper⁃ation and maintenance system of a convention center,it is proposed to use digital twins to develop a smart operation and maintenance system that enriches a variety of applications and scenario iterations,and designs a complete set of digital twins for intelligent operation and maintenance of buildings.It effectively improves the level and efficiency of intelligent operation and maintenance,and constantly improves the reliability of the venue's operation and maintenance.
