数字经济因高创新、强渗透、广覆盖的优势而成为共同富裕的重要抓手。为探索数字经济推动共同富裕的机制路径,找到其关键点进行对症施策,基于微观要素、中观产业、宏观经济的三维理论框架,从事物发展的起因、过程、结果三阶段的全局视域,探究数字经济通过提升要素分布均衡性、提高机会公平性、优化经济发展与分配格局,进而推进共同富裕的实践路径,完整揭示数字经济推进共同富裕的前提条件、中介载体、表现形式。基于辩证视角,在看到积极作用之余,也在起因、过程、结果三阶段中探寻数字经济推进共同富裕的现实问题,发现数据要素分布的数字鸿沟、数字新业态下的个体权益保障、数字资本的垄断等是当下的主要问题。最后,针对现有问题,从找准原因、优化过程、改善结果三个维度精准施策,构建涵盖政府、企业、社会、个人的四元三维支持体系,实现数字鸿沟弥合、个体权益保障、发展成果共享,最终推进共同富裕。

The digital economy has emerged as a crucial driver for achieving common prosperity,thanks to its high levels of innovation,widespread reach,and deep impact.In this paper,we aim to delve into how the digital economy can pave the way for common prosperity by examining its key mechanisms and identifying critical steps.Drawing on a comprehensive theoretical framework that considers micro-level factors,industry dynamics,and macroeconomic trends,we explore practical strategies for leveraging the digital economy to enhance distribution fairness,boost opportunity equality,and optimize economic growth patterns.By uncovering the prerequisites,channels,and outcomes of digital economy-driven common prosperity,we shed light on the current challenges faced,including data distribution disparities,individuals'rights in the digital realm,and concentration of digital capital.Taking a dialectical approach,we analyze the causal factors,processes,and outcomes of digital economy's role in promoting common prosperity.We propose targeted policies to address these issues,focusing on root causes,process optimization,and outcome improvement,and advocating for a multi-dimensional support system involving government,businesses,society,and individuals.This collaborative approach aims to bridge the digital divide,safeguard individual rights,share development benefits,and ultimately foster common prosperity.
