摘要
为掌握红果榆播种育苗技术及苗木质量分级标准,为江西红果榆主要栽培区苗木培育及检验提供理论依据,以杭州植物园采集的红果榆种子为试材,进行播种育苗技术探索,通过调查培育的红果榆1年生播种苗苗高、地径等生长指标,并以其作为分级指标,采用逐步聚类分析法,研究了其1年生播种苗苗木质量分级标准。结果表明:红果榆1年生播种苗可分为3级,即Ⅰ级苗:D≥0.53 cm,H≥68.4 cm;Ⅱ级苗:D≥0.37 cm,H≥50.7 cm;Ⅲ级苗:D<0.37 cm,H<50.7 cm。
In order to master the sowing and seedling raising techniques and seedling quality classification standards of Ulmus szechuanica,and to provide theoretical basis for seedling cultivation and inspection in the main cultivation areas of Ulmus szechuanica in Jiangxi province,Ulmus szechuanica seeds collected from Hangzhou Botanical Garden was used as test material.Through investigating the growth indexes of 1-year-old seedlings of Ulmus szechuanica,such as height and diameter,and taking them as grading indexes,stepwise cluster analysis was used.The quality grading standard of 1-year-old seedlings was studied.The results showed that the one-year seeding seedlings of Ulmus szechuanica could be divided into three grades,namely,grade I seedlings:D≥0.53 cm,H≥68.4 cm;GradeⅡseedlings:D≥0.37 cm,H≥50.7 cm;GradeⅢseedlings:D<0.37 cm,H<50.7 cm.
