基于耦合协调的安顺市新型城镇化与绿色发展分析

摘要 基于新型城镇化与绿色发展耦合协调关系,以安顺市为研究对象,运用耦合协调模型,分析了2011-2020年安顺市新型城镇与绿色发展耦合协调发展水平,结果表明:①安顺市新型城镇化水平、绿色发展水平、新型城镇化与绿色发展耦合协调度的评价得分整体呈现上升的趋势;②新型城镇化对绿色发展有一定抑制作用,在城镇化水平提速的时期,绿色发展水平会呈现一定程度的下降趋势,在城镇化增速变缓的时期,绿色发展呈现上升趋势;③安顺市新型城镇化与绿色发展在2016-2020年期间一直保持良好协调,但距离高度协调仍有提升空间。安顺市在新型城镇化持续过程中,应注意优化城镇空间布局,加快生产、生活、生态绿色化发展,推进城镇治理绿色化转型。 On the basis of the coupling coordination relationship between new urbanization and green development,Anshun City was selected as the research object.The level of coupling coordination between new urbanization and green development in Anshun City from 2011 to 2020 was analyzed by using the coupling and coordination model.The results show that:①The evaluation results of the level of new urbanization,the level of green development and the level of the coupling coordination between new urbanization and green development in Anshun City show an overall similar upward trend.②The new urbanization has a certain inhibiting effect on the green development.In the period of accelerating urbanization,the level of green development will show a downward trend to a certain extent,and in the period of slowing urbanization growth,green development will show an upward trend.③The level of coupling coordination between new urbanization and green development had reached well during 2016-2020,and there is still room for improvement to a high level.In the continuous process of new urbanization of Anshun City,attention should be paid to optimizing the urban spatial layout,accelerating the green development of production,life and ecology,and promoting the green transformation of urban governance.
