摘要
土地利用系统健康评价与提高土地利用可持续发展水平密切相关。采用熵权TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,从结构、功能、效益3个方面选取19个指标评价了陕西省近12年(2011-2022年)土地利用系统健康动态变化、协调发展水平和障碍因子。结果表明:①2011-2022年陕西省土地利用健康水平逐年提升,从2011年的中等提升至2022年的良好。②结构子系统健康在2011-2022年整体上呈现上升趋势,年均上升1.96%;功能子系统健康在2011-2022年整体上处于上升趋势,年均上升5.69%,且从2011年的较差水平上升至2022年的优秀水平;效益子系统呈现上升趋势,年均上升3.18%,且从2011年的中等水平上升至2022年的良好水平。③2011-2022年陕西省土地利用结构、功能和效益3个子系统健康之间的耦合协调度逐年提高,由2011年的0.58(勉强协调)提高至2022年的0.84(良好协调)。④各子系统对于陕西省土地利用健康的障碍度大小为结构>功能>效益子系统;其中,从指标层看,地均GDP、人口密度、土地利用率、森林覆盖率为影响陕西省土地利用健康的主要障碍因子。研究结果可为陕西省更高质量、更可持续的发展提供科学参考。
The health evaluation of land use system is closely related to improving the sustainable development level of land use.In this paper,the entropy right TOPSIS model is used;coordination degree model and obstacle degree model are coupled,and 19 indicators from the aspects of structures,function and benefit are selected to evaluate the dynamic changes of land use system in Shaanxi Province in the past 12 years(from 2011 to 2022).The results show that:①the health level of land use in Shaanxi province has increased year by year from 2011 to 2022,from a medium level in 2011 to a good one in 2022.②The health of structural subsystem showed an upward trend from 2011 to 2022,with an average annual increase of 1.96%;the health of functional subsystem increased from 2011 to 2022 with an annual increase of 5.69%,and from the poor level in 2011 to the excellent level in 2022;the benefit subsystem showed an upward annual increase of 3.18%and from the moderate level in 2011 to a good level in 2022.③From 2011 to 2022,the coupling and coordination between the three subsystems of land use structures,functions and benefits in Shaanxi Province increased year by year,from 0.58(barely coordination)in 2011 to 0.84(good coordination)in 2022.④The obstacle degree of each subsystem to land use health in Shaanxi Province is structure>function>benefit subsystem;from the index level,the GDP,population density,land utilization rate and forest coverage rate are the main obstacle factors for the influence of land use health in Shaanxi Province.The research results can provide a scientific reference for the higher-quality and more sustainable development in Shaanxi Province.
