摘要
以上海市某工业退役用地为研究对象,按照《建设用地土壤污染状况调查技术导则》(HJ 25.1-2019)、《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》(HJ 25.3-2019)等技术规范,开展土壤污染状况调查与健康风险评估工作。结果表明:该地块土壤的超标污染物有镍、锑、石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40)),土壤超标污染物均分布在填土层。地下水的超标污染物为砷、锑、石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))。土壤中镍、锑对潜在敏感受体的健康风险值超过了可接受范围,综合风险控制值分别为240、20 mg/kg,需要修复的土方量合计为478 m^(3)。
In this paper,an industrial decommissioning land in Shanghai was taken as the research object,and soil pollution investigation and health risk assessment were carried out in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Investigation on Construction Land(HJ 25.1-2019)and Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Assessment on Construction Land(HJ 25.3-2019)and other technical specifications.The results showed that the excessive contaminants in the soil were nickel,antimony and petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)-C_(40)),and all the pollutants were distributed in the filling soil.The pollutants exceeding the standard of groundwater are arsenic,antimony and petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)-C_(40)).The health risks of nickel and antimony in soil to potentially sensitive receptors exceeded the acceptable range,and the comprehensive risk control values were 240 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg,respectively,and the total amount of earth needed to be repaired was 478 m^(3).
