摘要
试验利用生物信息学方法对牛GHRHR基因的开放阅读框、理化性质、亲水性/疏水性、蛋白质二级结构、磷酸化位点/N-糖基化位点及跨膜区进行预测分析。结果表明:牛GHRHR基因编码441个氨基酸,等电点6.37,不稳定指数47.74,为不稳定蛋白;亲疏水平均值0.375,属于疏水蛋白;二级结构以无规则卷曲为主,含有112α螺旋、133个延伸链、196个无规则卷曲,33个潜在的磷酸化位点,有2个N-糖基化位点。
The experiment used bioinformatics methods to predict and analyze the open reading frame,physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,protein secondary structure,phosphorylation sites/N-glycosylation sites and transmembrane regions of Bos taurus GHRHR gene.The results showed that the whole length of Bos taurus GHRHR gene was 441 amino acids,isoelectric point was 6.37,instability index was 47.74,it was an unstable protein,the average value of hydrophobicity was 0.375,it was a hydrophilic protein;the secondary structure was mainly irregular curl,containing 112αhelices,133 extension chains and 196 irregular curl,33 potential phosphorylation sites and 2 N-glycosylation site.
