摘要
老龄化背景下慢性病医疗负担日益加重,传统慢性病管理存在与患者需求不适配等诸多矛盾。通过文献分析慢性病管理现状及劝导技术应用在慢性病管理上的优势,梳理现有APP劝导的痛点,了解用户心理和行为,提取慢性病管理各阶段服务痛点及需求。基于福格行为模型(fogg behavior mode,FBM),对慢性病管理的3个不同阶段采用不同方法增进患者动机、提升患者能力和增加触发条件,构建慢性病管理劝导策略并进行APP设计实践。将劝导技术应用在慢性病管理上,使患者养成慢性病管理的习惯,为慢性病管理提供新的思路。
In the context of an aging population,the burden of chronic disease management is increasingly heavy,and there are many contradictions between traditional chronic disease management and patient needs.Through literature analysis of the current status of chronic disease management and the advantages of persuasive technology application in chronic disease management,the pain points of existing APP persuasion are sorted out,user psychology and behavior are understood,and pain points and needs of chronic disease management services at various stages are extracted.Based on the Fogg Behavior Model(FBM),different methods are used to enhance patient motivation,improve patient ability,and increase trigger conditions at three different stages of chronic disease management to develop persuasive strategies for chronic disease management and conduct APP design practices.By applying persuasive technology in chronic disease management,patients can develop habits of managing chronic diseases,providing new ideas for chronic disease management.
