摘要
目的探究脑电生物反馈治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)共病注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床效果。方法选取西安中医脑病医院收治的79例ASD共病注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予脑电生物反馈治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑评分及Conners多动指数(CIH)总分均降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的学习问题、心身障碍、冲动-多动评分及CIH总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)评分高于对照组,脑电生物反馈θ/β值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈用于ASD共病注意缺陷多动障碍患儿治疗中可降低多动指数,改善注意力及智力水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 79 children with ASD comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted in Xi'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given EEG biofeedback treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of conduct problems,learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,impulse-hyperactivity,anxiety and total score of Conners Index of Hyperactivity(CIH)in the two groups decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,impulse-hyperactivity and total score of CIH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Chinese-Wechsler Intelligence Scale of Children(C-WISC)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and theθ/βvalue of EEG biofeedback was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback in the treatment of children with ASD comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can reduce hyperactivity index and improve attention and intelligence level.
