程序化综合护理干预结合视觉适应训练对眼部手术患儿恐惧状态及配合度的影响

Effects of programmed comprehensive nursing intervention combined with visual adaptation training on fear state and cooperation degree of children with ocular surgery

目的 分析程序化综合护理干预结合视觉适应训练对眼部手术患儿恐惧状态及配合度的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2022年6月我院收治的82例眼部手术患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用程序化综合护理干预结合视觉适应训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的医疗恐惧调查量表(CMFS)各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的配合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的苏醒躁动率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属的临床护理满意度调查表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 程序化综合护理干预结合视觉适应训练不仅能减轻眼部手术患儿恐惧情绪,提高其配合度,也能减少术后苏醒躁动情况,提高家属对护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of programmed comprehensive nursing intervention combined with visual adaptation training on the fear state and cooperation degree of children with ocular surgery.Methods A total of 82 children with ocular surgery admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given programmed comprehensive nursing intervention combined with visual adaptation training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The awakening agitation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of the clinical nursing satisfaction questionnaire of the family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed comprehensive nursing intervention combined with visual adaptation training can not only reduce the fear of children with ocular surgery,improve cooperation,but also reduce the postoperative awakening agitation,and improve the satisfaction of family members to nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
