海上水基钻井液废弃物压滤液回用技术研究与应用

摘要 海上油田环保项目水基钻井液废弃物压滤液如果能够实现资源化利用,那将大大降低海上环保项目钻井过程中产生的废弃物终端处理费用,实现降本增效。从滤液回用技术难点出发,通过室内实验,研究压滤液回收利用配置的钻井液性能是否稳定和对储层保护的效果方面进行分析,证实了其可行性。以海上某调整井项目为依托,将压滤液配置的钻井液应用到该项目5口井的钻井中,钻井全过程中的钻井液性能稳定,储层配伍性强,无污染,进一步验证了压滤液回用的可行性,实现了水基钻井液废弃物压滤液的重新利用。该项技术的成功应用,对后续海陆油田环保钻井项目的成本控制、资源化利用均具有重要的指导意义。 If the water based drilling fluid waste pressure filtrate of offshore oil field environmental protection project can be used as resources,it will greatly reduce the terminal disposal cost of waste generated in the process of offshore environmental protection project drilling,and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.Starting from the technical dfficulties of filtrate reuse,this paper has confirmed the feasibility of the proposed method by studying the stability of drlling fluid performance and the effect of reservoir protection in the indoor laboratory.Based on an offshore adjustment well project,the drilling fluid configured with pressed filtrate was applied to the drilling of 5 wells in the project.The drilling fluid performance in the whole drilling process was stable,the reservoir compatibility was strong,and no pollution was caused,which further verified the feasibility of pressed filtrate recycling and realized the reuse of waste pressed filtrate of water-based drilling fluid.The successful application of this technology has important guiding significance for the cost control and resource utilization of the subsequent environmental drilling projects in offshore and land oil fields.
