小煤柱应力分布特征及支护控制分析

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源利用率,提升矿井生产效率和经济效益,小煤柱留设成为矿井生产发展的必然趋势,而小煤柱应力演化规律、分布特征及控制技术研究对于实现小煤柱护巷至关重要。以韩家湾煤矿3^(-1)煤层为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等研究方法,对小煤柱的应力分布特征及优化支护方案进行验证。基于现场实际情况,构建工作面回采过程中力学模型,分析面间煤柱应力分布特征及演化规律。结合现场实测的方法,对工作面回采过程中小煤柱为10 m时应力演化过程进行分析,根据其应力分布特征采用数值计算方法确定小煤柱优化支护方案的可行性,分析可得支护效果良好,能够满足安全生产要求。研究结果可为类似矿井小煤柱留设和支护提供参考依据和技术借鉴。 In order to improve the utilization rate of coal resources and boost mine production efficiency and economic benefits,the retention of small coal pillars has become an inevitable trend in the development of mine production,and the research on the stress evolution law,distribution characteristics and control technology of small coal pillars is very important for the realization of small coal pillar roadway protection.In this paper,the 3^(-1) coal seam of Hanjiawan Coal Mine being taken as the research background,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement are used to verify the stress distribution characteristics and optimal support scheme of small coal pillar.Based on the actual situation of the site,the mechanical model in the mining process of the working face is constructed,and the stress distribution characteristics and evolution law of the coal pillar between the faces are analyzed.Combined with the field measurement method,the stress evolution process when the small coal pillar is 10 m in the mining process of the working face is analyzed.According to the stress distribution characteristics,the numerical calculation method is used to determine the feasibility of the small coal pillar optimization support scheme.The analysis shows that the support effect is good and can meet the safety production requirements.The research results provide technical reference for the design and support of small coal pillars in similar mines.
