粉煤灰-水泥双液注浆材料的配比优化

摘要 双液注浆材料在煤矿破碎围岩治理中的应用较为广泛。为获得凝结速度快、成本低的双液注浆材料,以粉煤灰、水泥、水玻璃、减水剂、早强剂为原材料,基于正交试验方案,探究粉灰比、玻浆比、减水剂掺量、早强剂掺量4个因素对注浆材料黏度、凝结时间、抗压强度的影响规律,并利用DPS软件建立回归模型,通过Matlab遗传算法得到15组最优配比,最后结合方案造价确定了工业配比。结果表明,注浆材料的性能不仅受单一因素影响,而且受两因素之间交互作用的影响;粉灰比0.126、玻浆比0.35、减水剂掺量1.35‰、早强剂掺量1.85%的工业配比,其黏度为518 mPa·s、凝结时间为23 s、28 d抗压强度为11.10 MPa,与预测值差距较小,成本较低,能够满足实际应用中对注浆材料的性能要求。 The application of dual fluid grouting materials in the treatment of fractured surrounding rocks in coal mines is quite extensive.In order to obtain dual liquid grouting materials with fast setting speed and low cost,this paper takes fly ash,cement,water glass,water reducing agent and early strength agent as raw materials.Based on the orthogonal experiment scheme,four factors such as powder to cement ratio,glass to slurry ratio,water reducing agent content and early strength agent content are studied to explore the influential law of grouting material viscosity,setting time and compressive strength,and a regression model is established using DPS software.Through Matlab genetic algorithm,15 groups of optimal ratio were obtained,and finally the industrial ratio was determined considering the cost.The results show that the properties of grouting materials are not only affected by a single factor,but also by the interaction between the two factors.The industrial ratios:powder to cement is 0.126,glass to pulp is 0.35,water reducing agent content of 1.35‰,early strength agent content of 1.85%,the viscosity of 518 mPa•s,setting time of 23 s,and 28 d compressive strength of 11.10 MPa,and the difference with the predicted value is small,the cost is low,and the performance requirements of grouting materials on site are met.
