摘要
智能管控平台是矿山智能化建设的重要内容,GIS管控平台的建立对于提升矿井的生产效率和管理能力具有重要的推动作用。针对目前矿山管控平台缺乏三维透明地质信息、架构层次和系统间耦合性差、缺乏整体业务应用研究等问题,从全局互联和全局通用的角度出发,提出了一种以业务流为主线的智能管控平台总体设计和技术架构。基于GIS、云边协同和大数据等技术构建了矿井的云服务平台及数据中台。采用数据融合技术实现了多源数据的有效融合,突破了不同系统之间的数据壁垒,实现数据的融合共享和业务协同。通过在陈四楼煤矿的实践表明,该平台能有效提高煤炭企业的生产管理能力、业务协同能力和经济效益,对于矿山智能化发展有一定的借鉴作用。
Intelligent management and control platform is an important part of mine intelligent construction.The establishment of GIS-based management and control platform plays an important role in promoting the production efficiency and management capability of mines.In view of the lack of three-dimensional transparent geological information,poor multi-level and inter-system coupling of architecture,and lack of overall business application research in the current mine management and control platform,this paper proposes the overall design and technical architecture of the business-centered intelligent management and control platform from the perspective of global interconnection and global universality.Cloud service platform and data center are built based on GIS,cloud edge collaboration and big data.Multi-source data fusion is realized via data fusion technology,and data barrier between different systems is broken,thus realizing the data fusion sharing and business collaboration.The practice shows that the platform has effectively improved the production management capability,business collaboration capacity and economic efficiency of coal enterprises,with a certain reference for the intelligent development of mine.
