甲状腺癌之古今中医认识及辨治异同探析

The Understanding and Treatment of Thyroid Carcinoma in Ancient and Modern Chinese Medicine

甲状腺癌因其不断攀升的发病率在全球范围内引起了人们的高度重视,中医药在甲状腺癌的前期干预、减缓病程进展及术后恢复、改善后遗症与并发症等方面具有很好疗效。文章分别从甲状腺癌古今医家认识、诊疗思路及用药特点等方面进行论述,比较古今治疗差异。古之医家多认为其病因以情志因素为主,地域、饮食等亦可诱发;现代研究认为其的发病原因繁多复杂,其中雌激素刺激为主要危险因素。治疗上,古代医家多重攻邪,以散结诸法为基础;当今医家受现代医学的影响更偏向扶正调护,以益气养阴、清热解毒为主。因此,随着现代诊疗模式的发展,中医在治疗甲状腺癌上又有拓展,更加完善了其全程治疗体系,明显改善了患者的症状与预后。

Thyroid cancer has attracted great attention worldwide due to its increasing incidence.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the early intervention of thyroid cancer,slowing down the progression of the disease and postoperative recovery,and improving sequelae and complications.This article discusses the differences and similarities of the ancient and modern doctors understanding of thyroid cancer and their treatment ideas.Many ancient doctors believed that thyroid cancer was mainly caused by emotional factors,and region and diet could also induce it.Modern studies suggest that the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer is complicated,among which estrogen stimulation is the main risk factor.In terms of treatment,the ancient doctors attacked evil multiple times,based on the Sanjie method;Due to the intervention of Western medicine,modern doctors are more inclined to Fuzheng and nursing,focusing on invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,clearing heat and detoxifying.Therefore,with the development of modern diagnosis and treatment mode,traditional Chinese medicine plays a different role in the treatment of thyroid cancer from the ancient times,more perfect its whole treatment system,and significantly improve the symptoms and prognosis of patients.
