1例肾移植术后新型冠状病毒感染(重型)中西医结合治疗策略与思路分析

Analysis of Strategies and Ideas of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for A Case of Novel Coronavirus Infection(severe)after Renal Transplantation

总结分析江西中医药大学附属医院1例中老年人肾移植术后因新型冠状病毒感染引起重症肺炎的临床资料。患者在肾移植术后服用甲泼尼龙片、吗替麦考酚酯进行免疫抑制治疗情况下,配合中医中药治疗新冠肺炎重症,住院治疗13 d后好转出院,随访至今,患者肺部感染情况明显改善,生命体征平稳,脏腑功能正常。文章通过介绍对肾移植术后感染新型冠状病毒患者的治疗,分析了中老年人肾移植术后感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的中西医结合治疗策略。

Through the summary and analysis of the clinical data of a middle-aged and elderly patient with severe pneumonia caused by new coronavirus 1 infection after renal transplantation in the affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the patient took methylprednisolone tablets and mycophenolate mofetil for immunosuppressive therapy,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment to solve COVID-19's severe problems.He was improved and discharged after 13 days of hospitalization and follow-up so far.The pulmonary infection of the patients was significantly improved,the vital signs were stable,and the viscera function was normal.By introducing the treatment of novel coronavirus infection after renal transplantation,this paper discusses the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment strategy of COVID-19 infection in middle-aged and elderly patients after renal transplantation.
