摘要
作为高校读者重要的教研场所,高校图书馆如何精准把握读者需求,不断提升和优化自身的管理与服务水平成为高校关注的焦点。高校图书馆能够为师生提供教学书籍资料借阅服务,为师生创造良好的学习交流场所,还为师生提供知识交流的平台,使其不断完善自身知识体系,激发探索知识的欲望,推动高校教育教学水平提升的同时助力学生的全面发展。数智时代背景下,高校图书馆应加强管理与服务创新,提升管理与服务的数字化与智能化水平,为广大师生提供优质服务,促进图书馆自身发展。基于此,通过分析高校图书馆管理与服务中存在的问题,探讨高校图书馆管理与服务创新策略。
As an important studying and research place for readers in colleges and universities,how libraries in colleges and universities accurately grasp the needs of readers,continuously improve and optimize their management and service levels has become the focus of attention for colleges and universities.Libraries in colleges and universities can provide teachers and students with services of borrowing teaching and learning books and materials,create a good place for teachers and students to learn and exchange,provide a platform for teachers and students to exchange knowledge,enabling them to continuously improve their knowledge system and stimulate their desire to explore knowledge,which can promote the education and teaching level in colleges and universities and help students develop in all-round way.In the era of the digital intelligence,it is necessary for libraries in colleges and universities to strengthen management and service innovation,enhance the digitalization and intelligence level of management and services to provide high-quality services for teachers and students and promote the development of the library itself.By analyzing the problems existing in the management and services of libraries in colleges and universities,this paper explores the strategies for innovating management and services of libraries in colleges and universities.
