“Language Accumulation and Review”is a foundational learning module that directly targets the“language use”dimension of the core Chinese literacy.In the teaching of the first stage,teachers should guide students to gradually understand and master the rules of language usage through experiences,discoveries and applications to appreciate the rich culture of Chinese characters,and thus promote students’core literacy.
