露天煤矿无人矿卡的发展研究

摘要 露天矿山智能转型,实现高效、经济、可持续化发展,是矿山发展的必然趋势。通过分析国内外露天煤矿无人矿卡发展现状,指出中国露天煤矿无人矿卡发展中可能会面临的问题,即:无人矿卡改造及维护成本高、矿区无人矿卡配套辅助设施和基础设施滞后,以及无人矿卡相关企业之间存在商业壁垒。为解决上述存在的关键问题,分别从缩减成本和提升效率的方向提出无人矿卡零碳化以及智能调度系统优化。 Intelligent transformation of open-pit mine to realize efficient,economic and sustainable development is the inevitable trend of mine development.By analyzing the domestic and overseas development status of unmanned open-pit coal mine truck,the problems that may be faced in the development in China were pointed out,including that the transformation and maintenance cost of unmanned mine truck is high,the supporting auxiliary facilities and infrastructure of the unmanned mine truck are lagging behind,and there are commercial barriers between the relevant companies of unmanned mine truck.In order to solve the above key problems,carbon neutral of unmanned mine truck and optimization of intelligent scheduling system were proposed respectively from the direction of reducing cost and improving efficiency.
