测距测角便携激光指向仪在煤矿掘巷素描中的应用

摘要 采用常规方法测量煤矿掘巷数据存在误差,且操作复杂。以A矿1360工作面贯通工程巷道掘进为实例,考虑到该贯通工程中煤矿巷道断面的形状、规格、机械设备在巷道中的位置、运输条件和应用方便性等因素,提出使用测距测角便携激光指向仪对煤矿掘巷数据进行测量。该仪器的应用可以得到精准数据,为后续煤矿素描提供数据基础。合理安装和调试测距测角便携激光指向仪,并对安装断面图和平面图进行绘制。标定巷道腰线后,在巷道每前进100 m处进行1次检测,以判断激光束是否处于合理的巷道腰线方位和坡度方位,保证误差在规定范围内,从而提高设计的精确度;标定巷道中线测量时,设定至少3个中线点并合理调节激光束角度以得到最佳测量数据点;最后,基于上述测量的数据完成煤矿掘巷素描。得出测距测角便携激光指向仪在煤矿掘巷素描中的应用具有巨大优势。 There are errors and complicated operation in measuring coal mine excavation data by conventional method.Taking the roadway excavation project of 1360 working face of A Mine as an example,considering the characteristics of the coal mine roadway section shape and specifications,the position of mechanical equipment in the roadway,transportation conditions and convenient application,it was proposed to use the portable laser pointing instrument for range and angle measuring to measure the data in the coal mine roadway excavation.The application of the instrument can obtain accurate data and provide data basis for the subsequent coal mine sketch.Reasonably install and debug the portable laser pointing instrument for range and angle measuring,and draw the installation sections and plans.After the calibration of the roadway waist line,a detection was carried out at every 100 m forward of the roadway to determine whether the laser beam was in a reasonable orientation and slope orientation of roadway waist line to ensure that the error was within the specified range,so as to improve the accuracy of the design;when calibrating the roadway center line measurement,at least 3 center line points was set and the laser beam angle was reasonably adjusted to get the best measurement data points;finally the sketch of coal mine excavation was completed based on the above measurement data.The application of portable laser pointing instrument for range and angle measuring in coal mine excavation sketch has great advantages.
