大深度综采作业中围岩支护稳定性研究

摘要 为了解决黄陵矿业一号煤矿井下围岩治理难题,根据井下的地质条件,通过综合利用空心包体应力解除法、钻孔触探法、钻孔成像法等,对井下综采作业时的原岩应力特征进行了研究,利用FLAC3D仿真分析软件对巷道围岩控制参数进行了研究,确定了最佳支护方案。根据实际应用表明:大深度综采作业时围岩稳定性差,通过综合利用锚注加固、高预应力锚杆、锚索联合支护、锚喷加固等方案,确保了巷道掘进过程中的稳定性,极大地提升了深部综采作业中围岩的稳定性。 In order to solve the problems in surrounding rock treatment in No.1 Coal mine of Huangling Mining Group,according to the underground geological conditions,the stress characteristics of raw rock during fully-mechanized mining operation were studied by comprehensive use of hollow inclusion stress relief method,borehole probing method,and borehole imaging method,etc.FLAC3D simulation analysis software was used to study the control parameters of roadway surrounding rock,and the best support scheme was determined.According to the practical application,the stability of surrounding rock in large-depth fully-mechanized mining operation was poor,and the stability of roadway excavation was ensured through the comprehensive use of anchor reinforcement,high-prestressed anchor rod,combined anchor cable support and shotcrete reinforcement,and the stability of surrounding rock in deep-mechanized mining operation was greatly improved.
