原相煤矿10208瓦斯治理巷底鼓控制研究与实践

摘要 针对原相煤矿10208瓦斯治理巷底鼓严重,断面减小,不能满足工作面通风要求的难题,对巷道底鼓原因及影响因素进行分析。提出将巷道顶板、两帮、底板作为整体考虑,对底板进行注浆加固,并对支护参数进行了优化设计。现场实践表明,该技术有效控制了巷道底板的底鼓,围岩变形量较小,保证了通风断面要求,节约修巷成本,保证了10208综采工作面顺利完成回采,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,对该矿其他工作面瓦斯治理巷围岩治理有着一定的参考价值。 In view of the problem that the floor heave of 10208 gas control roadway was serious and the section was reduced,which cannot meet the ventilation requirements of the working face,the causes and influencing factors of the floor heave of the roadway were analyzed.Considering the roof,two walls and floor of roadway as a whole,the grouting reinforcement technology of floor was carried out,and the supporting parameters were optimized.Field practice shows that the technology can effectively control the floor heave of roadway floor,reduce the deformation of surrounding rock,ensure the requirements of ventilation section,save the cost of roadway repair,ensure the successful completion of mining of 10208 working face,and obtain good economic and social benefits,which has certain reference value for the treatment of surrounding rock in other working faces of the mine.
