工作要求对一线员工不安全行为的影响--基于高危行业中小企业的实证调查

Impact of Job Requirements on Unsafe Behaviors of Frontline Employees:An Empirical Survey Based on Small and Medium Enterprises in High Risk Industries

摘要 工作要求对不安全行为具有重大的影响,对这种关系的研究目前仍处于初级阶段,缺乏大量的深入研究。基于JD-R模型,以高危行业中小企业一线员工为研究对象,结合工作疲劳的中介作用和自我效能感的调节作用,验证了工作要求对一线员工不安全行为的影响。研究结果表明:工作要求正向影响员工的不安全行为,且这种影响部分通过工作疲劳的中介作用来传递。此外,自我效能感在工作要求和工作疲劳之间发挥着调节作用,它能够减轻工作要求通过诱发工作疲劳对不安全行为所产生的影响。最终,从工作要求和自我效能感的角度探讨了减少不安全行为的措施,主张通过合理管理工作要求、缓解工作疲劳以及提升自我效能感,有效地降低不安全行为的发生率。 Job requirements have a significant impact on unsafe behavior,and research on this relationship is currently relatively scarce.Based on the JD-R model,this study focuses on frontline employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in high-risk industries,and combines the mediating effect of work fatigue and the moderating effect of self-efficacy to verify the impact of work requirements on unsafe behavior of frontline employees.The research results indicate that job demands have a positive impact on employee unsafe behavior,and this influence is partially mediated by work fatigue.In addition,self-efficacy plays a moderating role between work demands and work fatigue,as it can alleviate the impact of work demands on unsafe behavior by inducing work fatigue.Finally,this article explores measures to reduce unsafe behavior from the perspectives of work requirements and self-efficacy,advocating for effective reduction of the incidence of unsafe behavior through reasonable management of work requirements,alleviation of work fatigue,and enhancement of self-efficacy.
