摘要
为探讨晨起体能训练对儿童健康成长的影响,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对近年来国内外学者的相关研究成果进行梳理。结果显示:晨起体能训练有利于培养学生的意志品质,能够对儿童心理健康发展产生直接与间接的积极影响,使儿童心理各项能力的发展形成链式促进;为此应为儿童晨起体能训练提供必要的人力物力支持,使儿童能长期在良好的环境里参与体能训练,从而促进其心理健康发展。
In order to explore the influence of morning physical training on children’s healthy growth,the study reviews the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years with literature and logic analysis.The results show that physical training in the morning is conducive to cultivating students’will quality,which has direct and indirect positive impact on the development of children’s mental health,so that a chain promotion is formed in the development of children’s mental abilities.Therefore,it is necessary to provide human and material support for children’s morning physical training,and help children to participate in physical training in a good environment for a long time,so as to promote their mental health development.
