摘要
为探讨PBL结合情景模拟法在心肺复苏教学中的应用效果,了解现状剖析问题,选择某学校两个班级的60名学生作为研究对象,将其分为研究组(接受PBL结合情景模拟法教学模式)与对照组(接受传统式教学模式),对其进行问卷调查。结果表明,研究组与对照组学生在了解PBL结合情景模拟法、心肺复苏教学质量和对学习的知觉、对教学环境的知觉、对临床教师的知觉、对心肺复苏技能的知觉、对综合能力的知觉、对学习效果的知觉及对心肺复苏教学的满意度上存在显著性差异,且研究组学生得分高于对照组学生得分,大部分学生表示临床教学需要改革、临床教学目标需要倾向于知识与技能并重。PBL结合情景模拟法和传统教学方法对教学质量均有正面促进作用,但相对来说PBL结合情景模拟法更具优势,效果更好。
In order to explore the application effect of PBL combined with situational simulation method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching,know the current situation and analyze the problem,the study selects 60 students from two classes of the school as research objects,divides into research group(receiving PBL combined with situational simulation method teaching mode)and control group(receiving traditional teaching mode),and conducts questionnaire survey.The results show that there are significant differences between the students in the study group and the control group in knowing PBL combined with situational simulation,teaching quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,perception of learning,perception of teaching environment,perception of clinical teachers,perception of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills,perception of comprehensive ability,perception of learning effect and satisfaction with cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching.The scores of the students in the study group are higher than those in the control group.Most of the students agree that clinical teaching reform is necessary,and knowledge and skills should be equally emphasized on in clinical teaching goals.Both PBL and traditional methods have positive effects on teaching quality,but compared with traditional methods,PBL has more advantages and better effect.
