摘要
中药饮片是指将炮制后的中药材直接应用于中医临床或制剂生产的药品,其质量与公众用药安全、身体健康息息相关。中药饮片的质量问题一般发生于流通环节。连锁药店处于中药饮片的终端流通环节,做好连锁药店中药饮片质量管理是确保其质量安全的关键,也是确保临床用药安全的重要屏障。本文通过分析当前连锁药店所售中药饮片主要存在的质量问题,提出加强连锁药店中药饮片质量管理的策略,从4个方面阐述强化连锁药店中药饮片质量管理措施,以期为提高连锁药店中药饮片质量、加强连锁药店中药饮片安全监管提供有益的借鉴。
Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prescription drugs directly applied to traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice or pharmaceutical production after processing.Their quality is closely related to public medication safety and health.Quality issues generally occur during circulation.Retail pharmacies,especially chain pharmacies,are the terminal circulation process of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Good quality management in chain pharmacies is key to ensuring the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and also a crucial barrier to ensuring clinical medication safety.This article analyzes quality issues of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces sold by chain pharmacies,and proposes strategies to strengthen quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in chain pharmacies.Measures to strengthen quality supervision of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in chain pharmacies are elaborated in four aspects,aiming to provide useful references for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and strengthening the safety supervision in chain pharmacies.
