MOFs改性分子印迹电化学传感器及其食品检测应用研究进展

摘要 食品安全关系到人类的生命健康安全和人类的生存发展。食品污染物分析检测技术研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。近年来,分子印迹电化学传感器(Molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors,MIECS)在食品检测领域的应用获得了快速发展。金属-有机框架材料(Metal-organic framework materials,MOFs)作为传感修饰增敏材料受到广泛关注。本文对MOFs基MIECS在食品检测领域的研究进展进行了综述。简要介绍了MOFs、MOFs基复合材料、MIPs及MOF-MIPs复合材料的定义、特性、结构及分类,讨论了MOFs、MOF/碳纳米材料、MOF/金属及金属氧化物纳米材料以及MOF-MIPs修饰电极改进分子印迹电化学传感器性能,探讨了MOFs改性MIECS在农药残留、抗生素、食品添加剂等食品安全检测中的应用。分析了MOF-MIPs材料在传感领域面临的困难和挑战。希望本文在MOF传感器的开发及应用方面能为研究者提供有益的借鉴和帮助。 Food safety is related to the safety of people's lives and health,as well as human survival and development.The study of analytical and detection techniques for food contaminants has important theoretical and practical implications.In recent years,the application of Molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors(MIECS)in the field of food detection has gained rapid development.Metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)have received extensive attention as sensor modification sensitizing materials.In this paper,we review the progress of MIECS based on MOFs for food detection.We briefly describe the definition,properties,structure and classification of MOFs,MOF-based composites,MIPs and MOF-MIPS composites.MOFs,MOF/carbon nanomaterials,MOF/metal and metal-oxide nanomaterials,and MOF-MIPS modified electrodes are discussed to improve the performance of molecular imprinted electrochemical sensors.The application of MOFs modified MIECS to the detection of pesticide residues,antibiotics,food additives,and other food safety issues is discussed.The difficulties and challenges faced by MOF-MIPs materials in the sensing domain are analyzed.It is hoped that this paper will be a useful reference and help for researchers in the development and application of MOF sensors.
