摘要
银纳米簇聚集体在催化、光学检测以及抑菌等方面具有很好的应用价值。以手性氨基酸D-青霉胺作为配体,“一锅法”制备了结构有序、橙红色发光的银纳米簇聚集体,并利用X-射线光电子能谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和发光光谱等多种表征技术对其进行了详细研究。这种结构有序的银纳米簇聚集体对沙门菌显示出良好的抑菌性能,其半抑制浓度和最小抑菌浓度分别是0.84微克/毫升和2微克/毫升。银纳米簇聚集体的抑菌机理归因于脂质过氧化和铁死亡。本研究阐述了银纳米簇聚集体的发光起源和抑菌机理,为它们在抑菌领域的应用提供了一个很好的模型。
Ag nanoclusters assemblies have significant application prospects in catalysis,optical detection and anti-bacterial areas.Chiral D-penicillamine was used as a ligand to prepare structural ordered orange-red emission of Ag nanoclusters assemblies by"one-pot"strategy,which were characterized by multiple techniques including X-ray photoelectron spectrum,X-ray diffraction pattern,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,emission spectrum,and so forth.Ag nanoclusters assemblies show very good anti-bacterial performance on salmonellae bacteria,and their ICso and minimum inhibition concentration were 0.84 and 2μg mL,respectively.The anti-bacterial mechanism of Ag nanoclusters assemblies is ascribed to lipid peroxidation and ferroptosis.This work elaborates the emission origin and anti-bacterial mechanism of Ag nanoclusters asssemblies,which provides an ideal model for their applications in anti-bacterial area..
