牵张放线智能感应及安全控制技术研究

摘要 为促进牵张设备的发展,实现电网建设目标,分析了牵张放线施工存在的问题及发展现状,通过建立动力学方程组模型和放线系统方程组,设计了放线滑车监控系统。该系统采用多参数监控设备,基于传感器信息智能集成技术将空间姿态、载荷等参数的监控单元进行集成,实现了多个参数数据的实时采集和传输,包括溜车的三轴姿态角度、空间位置及载重信息等。结合线路建设计算方法,对牵引绳索、导线不同阶段的运行状态进行分析,与监测数据进行对比,实时预警滑车在施工过程中载重量的变化及空间姿态角度的变化,以提升施工安全性及施工效率。 In order to promote the development of stretch equipment,and realize the goal of power grid construction,the study analyzes the existing problems and development status of stretch pay-off construction,establishes dynamic equations and pay-off system equations,and designs the monitoring system of pay-off block.The system adopts multi-parameter monitoring equipment,integrates the monitoring unit of space attitude and load parameters based on intelligent integration technology of sensor information,and realizes real-time acquisition and transmission of multiple parameter data,including three-axis attitude angle,spatial position and load information,etc.,of the rolling car.Through combining with the calculation method of line construction,the study analyzes the the operating status of the traction rope and wire at different stages,compares the monitoring data,and provides real-time warning of the changes of load capacity and space attitude angle of the block during the construction process,so as to improve the construction safety and construction efficiency.
