种植牙与传统义齿修复在口腔功能恢复方面的效果对比

Comparison of the Effect of Dental Implant and Traditional Denture Restoration in the Restoration of Oral Function

为分析比较种植牙与传统义齿修复在口腔功能恢复方面的稳定性与舒适性,选取来某医院接受牙齿修复的100例牙齿缺失患者作为研究对象,采用随机选取法将其分为对照组与实验组,每组各50例。对照组采取传统义齿修复治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上进行种植牙修复。综合评价与比较分析两组患者口腔各项功能恢复情况、并发症发生率、牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血(SBI)及牙齿整体功能修复有效率。通过采用不同的牙齿修复方式后,实验组的牙齿整体功能修复有效率、口腔各项功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,并发症发生率及GI、PLI、SBI指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。通过对比种植牙与传统义齿修复在口腔功能恢复方面的效果,发现种植牙在恢复咀嚼功能、提高患者生活质量及降低并发症发生率方面均显著优于传统义齿修复手段,在口腔功能恢复方面具有显著的优势。

In order to analyze and compare the stability and comfort of dental implant and traditional denture restoration in the restoration of oral function,the study selects 100 patients with tooth loss who have received dental restoration in the hospital as research objects,and randomly divides them into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group receive traditional denture restoration treatment,and experimental group receive dental implant restoration based on the treatment of the control group.The recovery of oral functions,complication rate,gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus hemorrhage(SBI)and overall functional restoration efficiency of the two groups are comprehensively evaluated and compared.Different dental restoration methods are used.The overall functional restoration efficiency and oral function recovery of the experimental group are significantly better than those of the control group.And the complication rate,GI,PLI and SBI index are significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the effect of dental implant and traditional denture restoration in oral function recovery,it is found that dental implant is significantly superior to traditional denture restoration in restoring chewing function,improving patients’quality of life and reducing the incidence of complications,and has significant advantages in oral function recovery.
