Influence of Fine Management of Construction Site on Project Cost and Time Limit

为探讨施工现场精细化管理对项目成本与工期的影响,采用问卷调查和SPSS 27.0软件进行数据分析。结果显示,施工现场精细化管理的各维度尤其是计划与调度、质量管理和安全管理与项目成本及工期的控制存在显著的正相关性,说明通过优化计划与调度、提升质量管理标准、加强安全管理措施可有效减少项目成本并缩短工期。

In order to explore the impact of fine management on project cost and schedule,the study conducts data analysis with questionnaire survey and SPSS 27.0 software.The results show that there is significant positive correlation between the various dimensions of fine management of construction site,especially the planning and scheduling,quality management and safety management,and the control of project cost and construction period,indicating that optimizing planning and scheduling,improving quality management standards,and strengthening safety management measures can effectively reduce project cost and shorten the construction period.
