随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑业迅速崛起。在工程施工中,成本控制的重要性日益凸显,但建筑项目成本受多种因素的制约,需及时采取对策,合理控制成本,降低工程费用,确保项目获得最大效益。挣值法是一种典型的成本控制方法,在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用。分析了挣值法的关键参数和评价指标,以X项目为研究对象,计算其2023年第二季度的挣值法评价指标结果,探讨其中的原因,为项目的后续开展及成本控制提供建议。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry has risen rapidly.In engineering construction,the importance of cost control is becoming increasingly prominent,but the cost of construction projects is restricted by many factors.It is necessary to take countermeasures in time,reasonably control the cost,reduce the project cost,and ensure the maximum benefit of the project.Earned value method is a typical cost control method,which has been widely used in construction engineering.The study analyzes the key parameters and evaluation indicators of earned value method,takes Project X as the research object,calculates the evaluation index results of earned value method in the second quarter of 2023,discusses the reasons,and provides suggestions for the follow-up development and cost control of the project.
