磁钢排布对磁力耦合器涡流损耗的影响

摘要 磁力耦合器是一种通过磁力传递扭矩的联轴器,因具有良好的密封性能而广泛应用于搅拌设备。但是,由于磁力耦合器回转时隔离套受到变化的磁场作用而产生涡流损耗,降低了搅拌器的运行功率。为了降低磁力耦合器的涡流损耗,采用数值模拟、经验式和理论方法分别计算多行聚磁、多行紧密交错和多行紧密同向的磁钢排布方式的涡流损耗,对比计算结果得出涡流损耗与磁钢排布的变化规律,探讨工程应用中最佳的磁钢布置形式。 Magnetic coupler is a coupling that transmits torque through magnetic force.It is widely used in mixing equipment because of its good sealing performance,however,due to the effect of changing magnetic field on the isolator during rotation,the eddy current loss is produced,which reduces the running power of the agitator.In order to reduce the eddy current losses of magnetic couplers,the eddy current losses of multi-line magnetically concentrated,multi-line closely interlaced and multi-line closely co-oriented magnetic steel arrangements are calculated by numerical simulation,empirical formula and theoretical method,respectively,by comparing the calculated results,the variation law of eddy current loss and magnetic steel arrangement is obtained,and the best magnetic steel arrangement form in engineering application is discussed.
