摘要
燃气轮机控制系统的可靠性和安全性对于电力系统的稳定运行至关重要。传统的定期检修和事后诊断方法难以满足燃气轮机日益复杂的控制需求,为此提出一种面向燃气轮机控制系统的实时监测与故障诊断方法。该方法综合利用数据采集、特征提取、状态评估和智能诊断等技术,全面监测和快速诊断燃气轮机控制系统。通过搭建实验平台,设计典型工况和故障场景,全面评估系统性能。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确识别燃气轮机控制系统的运行状态,及时发现和定位潜在故障,诊断精度高、响应速度快,为燃气轮机控制系统的安全运行提供了有力保障。
The reliability and safety of gas turbine control system are very important for the stable operation of power system.The traditional methods of periodic maintenance and post-diagnosis are difficult to meet the increasingly complex control requirements of gas turbines,so a real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis method for gas turbine control system is proposed.The method makes comprehensive use of data acquisition,feature extraction,state evaluation and intelligent diagnosis to realize the comprehensive monitoring and rapid diagnosis of gas turbine control system.By setting up the experimental platform,designing typical working conditions and fault scenarios,the system performance is comprehensively evaluated.The experimental results show that this method can accurately identify the operating state of the gas turbine control system,find and locate potential faults in time,and provide a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the gas turbine control system with high diagnostic accuracy and fast response speed.
