静止无功发生器在水泥企业中的应用

摘要 并联电容器装置在现代电力系统中用于补偿感性无功功率,提高功率因数,改善电能质量,降低线路损耗,提高系统或变压器的有功输出。目前,并联电容器装置得到了广泛应用,并取得了诸多成效。与传统的无功补偿方式相比,静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator,SVG)使用的电抗器和电容元件更小,会大大缩小装置的体积、占地面积及降低成本。SVG是未来无功补偿技术的重要发展方向。广西河池国投鱼峰水泥有限公司水泥磨低压配电室中部分电容器烧坏,通过检查电容器找到了故障原因,并在此基础上提出了整改措施。通过对电容器柜进行技术改造,提高了电力系统的功率因数,为电网安全运行提供了保障。 Shunt capacitor devices are used in modern power systems to compensate inductive reactive power,improve power factor,improve power quality,reduce line losses,and increase the active power output of the system or transformer.At present,shunt capacitor devices have been widely used and achieved many results.Compared with traditional reactive power compensation methods,Static Var Generator(SVG)use smaller reactors and capacitor components,which can greatly reduce the size,footprint and cost of the device.SVG is an important development direction of reactive power compensation technology in the future.Some capacitors in the low-voltage distribution room of cement mill in Guangxi Hechi State Investment Yufeng Cement Co.,Ltd.were burned out.The cause of the failure was found by checking the capacitors,and the corrective measures were put forward on this basis.The power factor of the power system is improved through the technical transformation of the capacitor cabinet,which guarantees the safe operation of the power grid.
