摘要
离心空压机独特的离心式压缩方式,使其能够在运行过程中保持较高的效率,是钢铁生产中重要的动力设备。为降低武钢集团有限公司某厂空压站离心空压机的运行能耗,在分析其运行原理的基础上,对空压机进行电气系统变频调速改造,将高压电机启动方式由星型-三角启动改造为由可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、变频器控制,以提升设备运行的稳定性,给企业带来经济效益。
The unique centrifugal compression mode of centrifugal air compressor enables it to maintain a high efficiency during operation,and is an important power equipment in steel production.In order to reduce the operation energy consumption of centrifugal air compressor in an air compressor station of WisCO Group Co.,Ltd.,based on the analysis of its operation principle,the electrical system of the air compressor is transformed by frequency conversion and speed regulation,and the start-up mode of the high-voltage motor is transformed from star-triangle start-up to PLC and inverter control,so as to improve the stability of equipment operation and bring economic benefits to the enterprise.
