摘要
电厂汽轮机是现代工业生产中不可或缺的动力设备,其关键部件的制造工艺对于提升汽轮机性能和可靠性至关重要。然而,传统的制造工艺已经无法满足当前汽轮机的使用要求,需要进行制造工艺的优化升级。基于此,分析电厂汽轮机关键部件制造工艺,结合汽轮机的特点进一步探讨制造工艺优化方案的设计与实施,并评价优化效果,以促进电厂汽轮机关键部件制造工艺水平的不断提高,进而为汽轮机的安全运行提供可靠保障。
As an indispensable power equipment in modern industrial production,the manufacturing process of the key components of the turbine is very important to improve the performance and reliability of the turbine.However,the traditional manufacturing process has been unable to meet the requirements of the current steam turbine,so it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the manufacturing process.Based on this,the manufacturing process of key components of steam turbine in power plant is analyzed,and the design and implementation of manufacturing process optimization scheme is further discussed in combination with the characteristics of steam turbine,and the optimization effect is evaluated,which is helpful to promote the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process level of key components of steam turbine in power plant,and thus provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of steam turbine.
