某型产品舵机系统设计原理研究与故障排除分析

摘要 为满足使用需求,我国依照目前国际上已量产的最先进的产品类型,自主研制了一种高航速、远航程、大深度、低噪声的电动力产品。该型产品在水中的航行由排布成十字形的舵板摆动来确定航向和姿态,而舵板由舵机带动,因此舵机对航行方向起着关键作用。基于此,分析产品舵机的设计原理,详细阐述舵机系统组成、功能、控制原理、工作原理等方面,并针对典型故障进行探索和排除,可以为该系列产品的维修积累经验,提高对同类产品的维护保障能力。 In order to meet the needs of use,according to the most advanced product type that has been mass-produced in the world,we independently developed a high speed,long range,large depth,low noise electric power product.The navigation of this type of product in the water is determined by the swing of the rudder plate arranged into a cross shape to determine the course and attitude.The rudder plate is driven by the steering gear,so the steering gear plays a key role in the direction of navigation.Based on this,the design principle of the product steering gear is analyzed,the components,functions,control principles,working principles and other aspects of the steering gear system are elaborated,and the typical faults are explored and eliminated,which can accumulate experience for the maintenance of this series of products,and then improve the maintenance support ability of similar products.
