摘要
工业一体式阀门阀体加工存在多机床、多次装夹定位、多工序加工和多次转道等问题,使得阀体生产质量稳定性较差,生产效率较难满足自动化生产的需要。为此,在采用多种机床、配置复合式夹具及多工位转轴的基础上,应用自动平行料仓和自动控制技术,研究开发了可实现阀体两次装夹的多工序自动化加工产线。该项技术成果可以应用在阀门阀体及中小型机械零件自动化加工产线设计建设中,具有一定的参考借鉴价值。
Industrial integrated valve body processing there are multiple machine tools,multiple clamping positioning,multi-process processing and multiple diversion problems,so that the valve body production quality stability is poor,production efficiency is difficult to meet the needs of automated production.To this end,based on the use of a variety of machine tools,the configuration of composite fixture and multi-station rotating shaft,the application of automatic parallel silo and automatic control technology,research and development of the valve body twice clamping multi-process automatic processing production line.The technical achievement can be applied in the design and construction of valve body and small and medium-sized mechanical parts automatic processing production line,and has certain reference value.
