摘要
文章采用文献调研和访谈方法,从培养单位、培养目标、培养方向、培养方式和培养管理5个方面分析图书情报硕士专业学位(MLIS)研究生培养现状,指出MLIS研究生培养存在的问题,在此基础上从明确目标定位,培养应用型MLIS专业人才;优化课程体系,提升MLIS研究生职业能力;推进产教融合,构建MLIS研究生实践基地;落实双导师制,提高MLIS研究生论文质量;推进案例教学,举办MLIS研究生案例大赛5个方面提出MLIS研究生培养路径。
The article adopts literature research and interview methods to analyze the status of MLIS graduate training from five aspects:training units,training objectives,training directions,training methods and training management.It points out the problems in MLIS graduate training,and based on this,proposes practical paths for MLIS graduate training in five aspects:clarify the target positioning to cultivate applied MLIS professionals;optimize the curriculum system and enhance the professional abilities of MLIS graduate students;promote the integration of industry and education,and build an MLIS graduate practice base;implement a dual mentor system to improve the quality of MLIS graduate theses;promote case teaching and hold MLIS graduate case competitions.
