摘要
文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合教学改革实践,对我国高校武术选项课教学现状进行研究,认为高校武术选项课应继续发挥对中华优秀传统文化的传承和发展作用,同时,课程体系和教学能容陈旧,难以满足大学生对武术课的多元需求。研究提出,高校武术选项课要从单一的体育课程回归到文化传承;武术选项课程应对武术文化形态解密,学生可以在对武术有了正确认识的基础上选择武术课;高校武术选项课应建构武术文化软硬件场景传承武术文化;构建拳种格斗技艺框架,让学生能很好地体认和理解武术文化技艺,使更多大学对中华武术有深刻认识,并积极参与武术文化传承。
This paper studies the status quo of wushu option course teaching in colleges and universities by the method of literature and logical analysis,combined with the teaching reform practice,and believes that wushu option courses in colleges and universities has not played the role of inheritance and development of excellent Chinese traditional culture.At the same time,the curriculum system and teaching can not meet the diversified needs of college students for wushu courses.This paper proposes the return of wushu optional course from a single physical education course to cultural inheritance;Wushu option course should decipher the cultural form of wushu,and students can choose wushu on the basis of correct understanding of wushu.Wushu optional courses in colleges and universities should construct wushu culture hardware and software scenes to inherit wushu culture.The development of a framework of boxing fighting techniques allows students to have a good appreciation and understanding of wushu culture and skills,so that more universities can have a deep understanding of Chinese Wushu and actively participate in the inheritance of Wushu culture.
