“双创”教育下大数据与会计专业的就业影响因素——基于扎根理论的质性分析

Research on the Influencing Factors of Mass Innovation and Innovation to Promote Employment of Big Data and Accounting Major-Qualitative Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

通过对大数据与会计专业大三学生进行深度访谈,借助程序化扎根理论,构建了“双创”教育下大数据与会计就业影响因素模型,并提出发展策略。研究发现,影响因素主要体现在3个维度与6个范畴,其中,3个维度即社会联系维度、学校资源配置维度、学生个人特征维度;6个范畴即校企合作、学校创新创业氛围、教育教学设计、师资配置、学生职业生涯规划、学生心理发展建设。因此,根据就业影响因素,高校要从社会联系维度出发,加强校企合作,打造高水平“双创”型教师队伍;从学校资源配置维度出发,重构课程体系,完善教学内容,改革教学方法;从学生特征维度出发,扩大“双创”教育的学生覆盖面,激发学生的“双创”意识。

Cultivating students'"innovation and entrepreneurship"thinking and equipping them with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is of great significance for improving their employability.This study conducted in-depth interviews with graduates majoring in big data and accounting,and utilized the theory of procedural grounding to construct a model of the influencing factors of"innovation and entrepreneurship"thinking in promoting employment in big data and accounting,and proposed development strategies.Research has shown that the influencing factors of improving students'employment rate by cultivating their awareness of"innovation and entrepreneurship"are mainly reflected in three dimensions and six aspects,among which three dimensions refer to the dimensions of students'personal characteristics,school resource allocation,and social connections;Six aspects are student career planning,student psychological development construction,school innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere,education and teaching design,teacher allocation,and school enterprise cooperation.Therefore,this study proposes the following suggestions:starting from enterprise business,restructure the teaching system;Strengthen school enterprise cooperation and create a high-level"dual teacher"teaching team;Expand the student coverage group and form a"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"cultural campus.
