肾动脉解剖变异率高,术前充分了解肾的血管解剖结构对选择最佳手术方式及提高泌尿外科肾手术的成功率具有重要意义。随着影像学技术及图像处理技术的发展,以及腹腔镜下手术经验的积累,学者们对肾动脉的活体解剖学研究逐渐开始重视,从解剖学到方法学方面都取得了较多的新认识。因此,现对肾动脉解剖变异的相关研究进行回顾总结,对肾动脉解剖变异的研究历史沿革和发展进行梳理,并对近年来新兴影像学技术对研究肾动脉解剖变异的指导作用进行展望,以期加深泌尿外科专科医师对肾动脉解剖变异方面的理解和认识。

The anatomic variation rate of renal artery is high.It is of great significance to fully understand the anatomic structure of renal artery before surgery for selecting the best surgical method and improving the success rate of renal surgery in urology department.With the development of imaging technology and image processing techniques,as well as the accumulation of experience in laparoscopic surgery,scholars have gradually begun to pay attention to the vivisection study of renal artery.The paper provides a comprehensive review and summary of research related to anatomical variations in the renal artery.The historical evolution and development of studies in this area are discussed,as well as the potential guidance offered by emerging imaging techniques in recent years.The ultimate goal is to enhance urological specialists'understanding of these variations.
