乡村振兴必要以法治为保障,2018年中央一号文件提出了法治乡村建设的战略性目标。建设法治乡村应当坚持党的领导,采用法治手段解决乡村社会问题,实现乡村“三治融合”。

Ensuring the revitalization of rural areas necessitates the establishment of a rule of law framework.In 2018,the Chinese government introduced the strategic goal of constructing a law-based countryside through the issuance of the No.1 central document.To achieve this goal,it is crucial to uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China and employ legal means to address social issues in rural areas.This approach aims to facilitate the integration of the“three governance”aspects in rural communities.
