高校素质选修课程民俗学教学探讨

Discussion on Giving Quality Optional Course on Folklore in Colleges and Universities

在素质教育工作开展方面,高校不仅要拓宽大学生的知识和视野,还要培养学生的高尚情操,促进学生的健康发展。优秀传统文化教育能够在大学生文化素质教育过程中发挥重要作用,民俗学课程符合素质教育要求,有助于高校培养高素质综合型人才。作为高校公共素质选修课程的民俗学,应注重教材的选用,从课程定位以及授课对象出发,以基础理论教材为主,以关联学科民族学、民间文学等参考书籍为辅;要合理设置课程内容,积极契合时代精神,重点介绍我国古老优秀的民俗文化;要采用多元的教学方法,培养学生应用能力,提升学生的理论素养和社会实践能力。

In terms of carrying out quality education,universities should not only expand students’knowledge and vision,but also cultivate their high moral sentiment and healthy development.Good education on traditions and culturesplays an important role in the process of quality education for students.Courses on folklore meet the requirements of quality education and help nurture high-quality and versatile talents.Hence,thesecourses should focus on textbook selection in light of course orientation and its targets,on taking theory textbooks as a priority along with reference books on ethnology.It is necessary that curricula should be arranged in a scientific way,actively coinciding with the spirit of the times,and focusing on introducing the ancient Chinese folk culture.Besides,multiple methods of teaching should be adopted to cultivate students’ability of applying different skills and to improve their theoretical literacy and social practice ability.
