乡村振兴背景下农家书屋研究综述

A Review of Rural Library Research under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农家书屋作为农村地区的文化设施和基层文化主阵地,对于提高农民群众文化素质、推动农村教育发展、促进农村经济社会进步具有重要意义。本文在梳理农家书屋的定义、发展历程、功能作用及存在问题的基础上,对农家书屋服务质量评价、农家书屋存在的问题及发展策略进行了分析,并对农家书屋未来研究做了初步展望与思考。农家书屋的内涵主要突出其公益性文化设施的性质和功能,其作用主要体现在农村知识传播、农民文化素质提升、促进农村经济社会进步。当前可以通过加强宣传和推广、增加政府投资、以及开发数字化新型农家书屋等措施破解农家书屋可持续发展的难题。未来农家书屋研究需要从拓展研究视野、数字化转型路径、农家书屋的政策支持与制度创新、农家书屋服务模式等方面开展深入研究。

As a cultural facility and the main position of grass-roots culture in rural areas,the rural library is of great significance to improve the cultural quality of farmers,drive the development of rural education and promote the progress of rural economy and society.Based on combing the definition,development process,function and existing problems of rural library,this paper analyzes the service quality evaluation,existing problems and development strategies of rural library,and makes a preliminary prospect and reflection on the future research of rural library.The connotation of rural library mainly highlights the nature and function of its public welfare cultural facilities.Its role is mainly reflected in the dissemination of rural knowledge,the improvement of farmers’cultural quality,and the promotion of rural economic and social progress.At present,rural libraries have solved the problem of sustainable development by strengthening publicity and promotion and increasing government investments and digital new rural libraries.In the future,the research of rural library needs to carry out in-depth research from the aspects of the expansion of research vision,and the exploration of digital transformation path,policy support,system innovation and service mode of rural library.
