摘要
特种变速箱装配车间目前普遍存在装配效率低、一次合格性差、装配过程可视化程度低不利于远程监控决策等问题。针对上述情况,提出一种特种变速箱装配车间数字孪生系统架构,将数字孪生划分为四层七模块,系统模块化构建有效提升了装配数字孪生系统建设效率。针对三维模型构建划分与生产数据实时获取,提出新型装配序列层级划分方法与产线非接触式深度数据采集方法,提高了数字孪生模型构建效率与精准度。基于上述方法与模型,开发了数字孪生原型系统,实现了装配车间可视化监控与生产风险预警并验证了可行性。
Currently,the special gearbox assembly plant generally existed low assembly efficiency,a qualified poor,low degree of assembly process visualization not conducive to remote monitoring and decision-making,etc.For the above situation,it was proposed that a special gearbox assembly plant digital twin system architecture,the digital twin was divided into four layers of seven modules,and the system modularization to build an effective assembly of the digital twin system enhanced the efficiency of the construction of the system.Aimed at 3D model building classification and production data real-time acquisition,we proposed new type assembly sequence hierarchical division method and production line non-contact depth data acquisition method,which improved digital twin model building efficiency and precision.Based on the above method and model,a digital twin prototype system was developed to realize visualization monitoring and production risk warning in the assembly workshop and verified the feasibility of the method.
