计及源荷不确定性的主动配电网两阶段鲁棒优化模型

摘要 为了保证配电网不受扰动正常运行,提出计及源荷不确定性的主动配电网两阶段鲁棒优化模型。考虑源荷参量在两阶段鲁棒过程中的影响系数,分析源荷不确定因素下的全局分布情况,获得优化目标参量的变化特征,构建两阶段性鲁棒参数模型,对其两阶段鲁棒关系参量展开优化计算,获得鲁棒最佳优化系数。对比实验数据表明,所提方案的标准作业方案(SOP)无功功率测试曲线初始值为0,终止值为53 kW,SOP有功功率测试曲线初始值为-400 kW,终止值-300 kW左右;两阶段配电最大幅值在1.04 pv以上,最小幅值在0.87 pv以下。 In order to ensure the normal operation of the distribution network,a two-stage robust optimization model of the active distribution network with source-load uncertainty is proposed.The influence coefficients of source-load parameters in the two-stage robust process are considered,the global distribution under source-load uncertainty is analyzed,the variation characteristics of the optimization target parameters are obtained,the two-stage robust parameter model is constructed,the two-stage robust relationship parameters are calculated,and the optimal robust optimization coefficients are obtained.The comparison experimental data show that the initial value of SOP reactive power test curve is 0 and the termination value is 53 kW,and the initial value of SOP active power test curve is-400 kW and the termination value is about-300 kW;the maximum value of two-stage distribution is above 1.04 pv,and the smallest value is below 0.87 pv.
