厌氧氨氧化代谢途径及反应器效能表征方法

摘要 厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥中的厌氧氨氧化菌以及其他功能菌存在多种代谢途径,代谢途径的不断深入探索有助于研究强化厌氧氨氧化菌生长代谢活性以及提高厌氧氨氧化系统脱氮效能。对厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥中功能菌代谢途径的研究进展进行详细介绍,同时综述了厌氧氨氧化反应器通过代谢酶、三维荧光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱表征反应器中厌氧氨氧化菌的生长情况以及反应器的脱氮效能,通过这些表征手段能够较为及时的对反应进行调控。提出对未来厌氧氨氧化代谢途径和表征方法进一步研究的展望,以期为后续研究厌氧氨氧化反应器效能的提升以及调控提供参考。 The anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and other functional bacteria in anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing granular sludge are subject to a variety of metabolic pathways,which can be explored in depth to enhance the growth and metabolic activity of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and improve the denitrification efficiency of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing systems.The progress of research on the metabolic pathways of functional bacteria in anaerobic ammonia oxidation granular sludge is presented in detail.The growth of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria in anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactors and the nitrogen removal efficiency of the reactors are characterized by metabolic enzymes,three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,which can be used to regulate the reaction in a more timely manner.We present a prospect for further research on the anaerobic ammonia oxidation metabolic pathways and characterization methods,and provide a reference for subsequent research on the enhancement and regulation of anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor performance.
